Soooo - it’s officially been 1 year since I got my butt back into gear! 🥳🎉

Starting weight and body fat %:
280lb @ 41% body fat 💀

Current:
236lb @ 31% body fat

Total loss of 44lbs and 10% body fat!

My original goal was 1lb a week of weight loss, off by 8lbs but I’m proud of where I’m at!! 😁
