It's $50, which personally given that a number of the games are localized for the first time, I think is pretty neat.

Konami will prob make other collections like with Castlevania. The PS YGO games are kinda categorized as a different subseries (called "True Duel Monsters") from the handheld ones.

Although, I don't know how much you could make a collection with 2 games. You could maybe throw GCN The Falsebound Kingdom and Xbox The Dawn of Destiny in there, but I don't know how complicated it gets to port/emulate games from 4 different consoles in one collection.

The one game in Japanese is just the proto-version of Stairway to the Destined Duel. You have the better version already translated and included.
