I did this (and then some) so long ago now I can't fathom how anyone lives with notifications

It’s new year. You want to change something. I’ve got something: turn off all phone notifications that aren’t messages to you personally (texts, emails etc). You don’t need your phone to beep if someone interacts with a post or follows you or if a news outlet writes a headline. You won’t miss them.
