The OG one for me. I love when my bots are more vibrant. Sure I want the Target masters, but I have Trypticon, Scorponok, Star Convoy, the Aerialbots, Devestator, and the Primes on preorder already 😔
I have such mixed feelings for this new practice. I dislike displaying multiple figs of the same character so now it becomes a guessing game “will this get a slicker repaint?” Not so bad with this two pack due to the Jumpstarter repaint but a Titan with better paint job in Trypticon? That’s harsh
The Targetmasters are a nice inclusion, and the color scheme is still very nice, but the new one doesn't really look like Spinister anymore, at least not to me. I'm gonna stick with the bi helicopter.
I like the new one overall but the mouthplate oddly bothers me. I’m glad it’s not generic silver but I kinda wish it was metallic rather than flat. The inclusion of a diaclone buddy also seals the set for me though
They're both great, I like the new one because it's basically the Marvel palette, but I also like the original being basically his G1 toy colors. So they both scratch different itches for me.
