Walmart issued a lower forecast and the markets are tumbling. Analysts are saying consumers are “tapped out.” That may be-but, also those of us who are not tapped out are “tapping out.” I’m not spending a dime I don’t have to, and when I spend discretionary $, it won’t be at Walmart (or Target).
