Walmart issued a lower forecast and the markets are tumbling. Analysts are saying consumers are “tapped out.” That may be-but, also those of us who are not tapped out are “tapping out.” I’m not spending a dime I don’t have to, and when I spend discretionary $, it won’t be at Walmart (or Target).

Anger isn’t actually a secondary emotion, but I personally kind of believe it’s a cover for sadness. Sadness at a situation, people, institutions etc sadness means you have to show vulnerability, anger means you don’t; trying to work on this myself. Which emotion is easier to display to others?
