Bellanca 28-90 bomber, which was developed from the 28-70 air racer (designed for the 1934 London-Melbourne race). In total 43 were produced for the Republic army in the Spanish Civil War, but non of the aircraft reached Spain. Instead, the aircraft ended up in China and Mexico.
