Californians! If you are ordered to evacuate, take as few items as you can! Phones, money, IDs, first aid kits, water, etc. These fires are starting, spreading and growing at a horrifying rate from high winds! If you’re close to the fires but have not been ordered to evacuate, prepare either way! 💙

Quick wisdom on disaster donating: do NOT under any circumstances donate clothes. There’s not time & volunteers to sort it. It’s hard to distribute, too. It takes up literally tons of storage space. It’s better to give gift cards, as they put money back into local stores & people get what they want.
