I'm at a university for my work placement today and it's so weird being staff, I feel like such an imposter and it doesn't help that most of the students are taller and look older than me. LOL, when did people get soo frikkin tall!!!

I feel that. Whenever I was applying for jobs as a lab assistant at a university, the thought of crossing paths with students while I was setting up lab exercises for the students crossed my mind, and it gave me that same weird feeling of imposter syndrome for some reason
This is so relatable I work as with disabled teens/adults my client who I take care of at work looks older and is taller than me but they are sooo much younger than me it’s crazy 🤪. Doesn’t help that I admittedly have a “baby face” as my friends call it. Needless to say I’ll be carded forever lol
lol me going to classes for engineering and always being shortest person in the room lol (im 5'4.5" ft), classmate of mine asked how I keep my nails mildly longer than normal and not have them break all the time, and I was taken aback as this man is like taller than 6' any waaay more manly than me.
I went to my high school to visit my old teachers and say hi. I have a very good relationship with all the staff. I was stopped in the hall and asked why I'm not in class. They took me to the office, and mybold art teacher had to explain that I'm a visitor.
Hahah that's brilliant. I used to walk past a primary school near my work and one day this group of 10 year olds called me over as I was walking past and asked why I wasn't in school with them LOL I told them I went to a different school.
Remember, they hired you for what you know, not what you look like. And they are experts, if they say you know, boy do you know!
(though I do love the idea of squiggle toddling around my campus)

Being short allows you easier access to their weak points
So not be afraid to use it
Not TWO.
Then again, numbers are difficult...
