It's happening at Waterbeach (though that was a UK RAF base and not a US RAF base). 4500 homes!

Most of the RAF bases around the world that I grew up on have been converted. Most of Alconbury has already been sold off but there are still some big old spaces like Lakenheath and Fairford.
