Just got back from a trip one town over. Shopped the small, local optical shop and stopped for a cocktail and entree at a delightful local eatery. Planning to do a lot more of this consciously.

I don’t shop Amazon.I prefer going to brick and mortar shops,especially mom and pops. If I must shop online, I try to find a site with free shipping.And I use USPS for direct shipping whenever I have a choice.We’ve become spoiled, lazy,& insatiable.This will take conscious efforts to make change.
