For Kaleidotrope, I’d be opposed. Detailed feedback is nice, even sometimes useful, but I’m not convinced it’s something either editor or writer should be focused on, except when it’s in service of rewrites that will lead to—or better yet happen alongside—an acceptance.

Been wondering this for a while, how would you (or other magazines) feel about having a fee for feedback? Dont pay anything its as usual, but if you pay something, you get an amount of personalized response.
