"The Kisser" waits in the shallows, using a flower-like lure to attract humans with a magical bioluminescent glow and a sweet, rosy scent. When a person comes close enough to take a sniff, the sneaky beastie leaps out of the water to steal a kiss & quickly swims away with a kind of shrilly giggle.
