In Russia, the State Duma plans to make the russians of volunteer formations pay for their destroyed equipment, including that which they left behind during the retreat.

Imagine being sent to a senseless meat assault, losing your personal carrier, getting wounded, but surviving ... and then having to pay for the equipment :D
