We need legislation to force landlords to liquidate in phases.
We should be able to pass on your house while providing job opportunities with returns on investments for everyone involved.
Too many places are empty.
My belief is that we should give all landlords 3 years to reduce residential units owned to 500. Another 3 to 250, ect.
By units I also include apartments that can become co-ops or condos.
Because we do this shit every time. Facebook and Twitter should have died eons ago.
