While I did enjoy the film, and while the songs were excellent, the visuals could have really been creative. They were so uninspired and lame. But this Animatic? It is incredible. I would love to see it fully animated someday.

Kind of obsessed with how the animatic for “Bye bye” in Mufasa was energetic and fun And dynamic and then the final product in the movie is just a bunch of lions walking around a tree.
