I haven't attempted a Bûche de Noel yet, but I have baked the Snickerdoodles, chocolate fudge, nut brittle, overbaked the chocolate peppermint loaves and Carmel. Today will be Hello Dolly Bars and fresh Carmel. Wish me luck!
At first I thought this chocolate roll was political. I thought the topping were little faces of people in the new administration. Then I put my specs on. It's beautiful Jamie and I hope I have not pissed you off.
