It's about a guy whose conjoined twin was removed against their will, so he carries him around in a picnic basket and his massively deformed brother kills the doctors that performed the surgery.

I believe I remember seeing that on Cinemax back in the day. Cinemax was such a weird channel because you had HBO which was all the first run stuff and then you had Cinemax which was all of the smaller studio weird stuff that didn't have a home on HBO LOL
