Both, I think. She doesn't have jurisdiction over the DC case to begin with, and she certainly doesn't have jurisdiction over DOJ. She's completely unqualified and probably doesn't care about that, though.

The DOJ should just ignore her, and release it. This was never her decision to make.

And within a couple of hours it's going to be Sunday. I fear that by the time this is adjudicated it's going to be too late and the report will get buried by the incoming corrupt administration. You know trump will appeal to SCOTUS.
