Yes it is but I can’t tell the difference so have skinny 😂 Every little helps! I’m on the bike tomorrow and the less rigorous exercise building up so should be a bit easier from now. Happy Valentine’s Day - I did the photos Queen of Hearts 💕 😘

It was really nice. I’ve seen it in the Garden Centre Cafe for probably 2 years it’s among the gluten free choices. It was moist and not really sweet like some cake definitely a good choice 👍

I’m going on my bike tomorrow and trying some abs. I’ll do my glutes and a few weights and back to trainer in 2 weeks to get serious but I have to build slowly. How are you today?

I couldn’t taste beetroot but it was very nice as I don’t like cake that is too sweet it was a nice surprise. I’ve seen it there and I just thought I’ll try it. 👌

Yes that is true but you rarely see that. My friends at their wedding served wedding cake with cheese in the evening.
