He may as well resign because it’s clear he is not being allowed to do his job. He served on the foreign relations committee in the senate but yet he sat next to clueless Vance and listened to him berate Zelensky.

Saw an interview with Andrew Scaramucci who feels he knows the inner Rubio from several days before this debacle and he felt sure Rubio wouldn't stand for continual toadying to Russia... so much for that "insight".
