i’m sure as hell not going to trust anything about that case given the massive LEO corruption involved.

as far as i’m concerned, OJ never did anything. for all we know, the LAPD might have murdered Nicole Brown Simpson 🤷‍♀️

Maybe he did, maybe he didn't, it's pretty much irrelevant legally at this point. I'm not disagreeing, I just don't think there's any way to know one way or the other. And you're right, he is innocent

Also he’s dead, so it’s purely an academic distinction.

My point is just that there’s precedent for a hugely visible trial to end badly for the police almost entirely because they were so blatantly corrupt in their actions, regardless of the facts (if any) of the case.

So keep hope, I guess?

I was just in a play where my character had a brief conversation with another character about him. It was written in 2018 or 2019, so he was obviously alive at that time. My lines about him were all more about the past anyway, but knowing might have changed my delivery slightly
