As others have observed, America now fails the fundamental test of a democracy. The Executive, Legislature and Judiciary are now run at the whim of one man. And it might be Musk rather than Trump. Its a horror show to the rest of the world.

The Democrats abstain from riots because J6 represents the worst of Trumpism. But that insurrection was about nothing, based on lies but no evidence. Now, we have real reasons to get nasty, but also an administration happy to shoot us.

Understand US Supreme Court can make decisions which then automatically apply to similar cases in lower appeal courts. Assume Trump will just ignore blocking decisions, until he gets the decision he wants via SCOTUS. Even then who is to enforce them, given a Trump run FBI?
