Have you tried the classic uninstall, reinstall? That’s normally my only option in weird cases.

What file format? It probably can't handle some formats like Raw or TIFF.

Sorry I couldn't help. I need 2 spend more time here. I've been reluctant 2 completely move here, as the UI is not the most user friendly. But I'm seeing a ramping up of censoring/throttling of moderate progressive speech on Threads, the last Zuck platform that hadn't completely caved 2 the right.
