This is compounded by whatever algorithms in play at Youtube that has been boosting this content is doing so at the expense of reviews and previews and let's plays and video essays from other creators who are doing good work and covering new and interesting games.

I always try my best to focus on the neat games I'm playing and highlighting indies, but when we're talking about discoverability problems, all that ragebait harassment content that's being algorithmically rewarded is a huge elephant in the room that doesn't get addressed as the problem it is.
