And idk how some laws that wanted to basically sort of legalize teenage labor again because some companies seems that are being contracting kids that just "fell out of the cracks" of the deport system ended in FORD.
How was that fun thing going this days eh?
#wherearethegirls trended for months because literally no one could find them in any facility.
A corporate media site found like four of them sold off to evangelical adoptees and they *all* dropped the story despite the next few reports stating that other girls were getting *roofied* and assaulted.
Yeah. "Evangelical adoption agencies" have swooped in and taken children away from parents who were in distressed circumstances. They just needed help; they weren't signing their children away. (I watched a video about the Korean adoption scandals earlier this week.)
Yes, they were selling the children, and in the evangelical community, it's great. They get to load them up with propaganda about how they saved them from their savage and backward ways and gave them a better life, cramming them in a foster home with 9 other kids.
There's probably nothing horrifying about them you've heard that's an exaggeration unless someone is saying they are summoning actual demons directly from hell. And even that I'd want to do my own research on just to be sure.

So the kids WERE getting sold... just by an ICE Partner, rather than by ICE itself.
Yes they did
Thousands still unaccounted for
