I got it from my doctor. It involves a surgical procedure where you get a cut and the pellet gets placed in. How long it lasts depends on the size. I got two 100s, which gave me levels of 1400 pmol/L to start. Can even go monotherapy with it. Had mine since September and still going strong.

I should also add that I'm living in South Africa, so I don't know about its availability or how it works in other countries.

Estrogen/Estradiol implants or pellets as mentioned. This article also goes more into it. I don't know where you would ask to get them. Still, I hope if you're considering it that it works out for you. They're awesome!
