The rich world needs to build more housing, period. Monetary policy can’t fix the unaffordability of housing. It’s yimby or suffering.

This seems especially an Anglosphere problem. Do other countries w/ backsliding on immigration (Italy, Nordics, &c.) also lack housing?
I would think there is a worldwide underlying cause. Big money investors buying up housing stock may be part of it.
So much work to do to fix things.
Also, thank you for taking the time to reply. I really appreciate it when journalists and other experts do that!
