Someone with your resume, experience, and body of work really should not be recieving the *exact same* auto-rejection copy/paste as someone like me, who hasn't even broken in yet.

I'd recommend reaching out on LinkedIn. Most recruiters at studios have a presence there and are somewhat easy to find.

It’s a strange sentiment, to vaguely tell someone how to “actually” look for a job. I think if I were grading your essay I’d say to cite some examples to support your advice. LinkedIn is a tremendously broken website, by the way. Are you enjoying talking to all the bots?

For sure man, speaking to Recruiters is the best way to communicate directly you’re correct. To that point, I’m focusing on job portals that are mediated by robots before it ever gets to the human. Why have the portal if the recruiters who do respond never see the applications? Ya know?
