It will be interesting to see how the 2030 apportionment cycle plays out with Trump's aggressive anti-immigrant policies. At least in MN, the ironic effect may be to diminish conservative representation in the House -- ie, when MN loses a House seat in 2030, it won't be a liberal urban one.
