But maybe it's because there's a stigma. A child with ADHD is naughty. A child with ASD struggles socially.

Or maybe it's because these kids 'aren't clever', so how can I, as a successful professional, possibly have the same diagnosis?

I was wondering about the "certain age" myself. Were the people who asked older? I feel that there used to be a stigma, but it's actually becoming so talked about that younger people tend to be more open about it

I think so. Kids at work often share info about their neuro divergent status, and treatment, with others quite freely.
