Back when I was driving between DC and Tysons for a few years, I was definitely more likely to seek a drive-thru when traffic was slow/stopped. Not so when I rode the Metro. Fast food drive-thrus are yet another artifact of car culture.

Congestion pricing appears to be terrible for McDonald's, but great for public health.
