Monday's Inauguration Day is set to be the coldest in 40 years. The high temperature for the day is projected to be around freezing at 23 degrees, while the low for the day may drop to just 10 degrees.

it'll probably be like that, except with the best space heaters the world has ever seen. it'll be a balmy 75* up at the podium.
I don't know what this means exactly, but it means something comedic at least.
Did they mean 32 or do they consider 9 degrees not that big of deal?
Because every degree matters below 32.
50 and 60 are similar.
30 and 20 is a huge difference.
