80% to 90% of med shipments are done through the USPS. If they privatize the post office people living in rural areas can’t forget about timely shipments. Some won’t get service at all.

True. But this is an easy ruling for any court that sets them up for a complete defeat. The whole purpose of the PRA of 1970 was to take USPS away from political manipulation. The only way a court could support this is to say that law doesn't matter. Other EOs can make colorable claims; this can't.
