It's a massively stressful job and it was determined long ago that they should retire by 55 because of it. But sure, keep 'em on the job. What could go wrong?

My daughter is a pilot, I listen to ATC at our busy airport, not sure how they do it. At least they have 2 of them when they are open but it can get hectic some times.
