CORRECTED: Elon Musk says he's "working to fix" Community Notes in response to fact-checks of President Trump's claim that Ukraine's Zelensky has a 4% approval rating.

I deleted a previous post that implied Musk was responding to a fact-check of his own post. On closer look, it's hard to tell for certain just which fact-check triggered his response; his own posts on the topic have notes proposed but not approved, though he sometimes conflates the two.
For transparency, here is a screenshot of the previous version of this post that I've since deleted. I'm not sure it's wrong, but I couldn't immediately verify that it was a fact-check of Musk's own post that triggered his response, and as a journalist I want to be very careful about the details.
Here is the problem. As X community notes state: "statuses aren’t reached by majority rule. To identify notes that are helpful to a wide range of people, note statuses require agreement between contributors who have sometimes disagreed in their past ratings. This helps prevent one-sided ratings."
Trump says 4% approve of Zelensky.
More like 63%. Reality is so pesky.
Will rightwing media report what’s true?
No way! Their sheeple can’t have a clue.
Whatever, I don't see why the US should base anything on Zelenskyy's approval as they don't take into account Putin is an actual dictator, a guy who kills journalists, opposition and has been in power for 25 years.
You can't wage war the way Ukraine has with 4% popular support. It's a truly unhinged claim. The depths of stupidity required to believe it are hard to fathom. And that's the mental capacity of the man dominating our government.
Based on all available evidence, it's impossible to avoid the conclusion that both Musk and Trump are compromised, and actively working to promote Russia's interests above all others. What was suspicion before is being confirmed daily.
There is no way to ensure a fair election given the relentless attacks by Russia on Ukrainian civilians and infrastructure. Obviously Putin wants to try to force an election (and is getting help from both Musk and Trump) so he can manipulate the results. As he has done before in Ukraine & elsewhere
Nobody cares about these polls. They see that Zelensky is putting up a fight for his country, where Trump is looking to plunder their treasures, just like Putin is trying to do. 2 more years of this war and Russia will crumble. This is why Trump is trying to quickly get Russian sanctions lifted.
Polymarket is untrustworthy also. They were showing ads on X in the US, a market they are not supposed to be advertising in. Making the ads appear like actual polls.
Because it's against the law to hold elections in an ongoing war under martial law.
If you think about it, it's only logical: part of the population are refugees in other countries, others are living under occupation and can't vote, others were deported or jailed by Russia.
It wouldn't be "fair".
"You can't trust this poll about Zelensky! What if it's biased?" Tweets man on platform which he uses exclusively to push propaganda manufactured by himself.

Fascist scum.

Those polling stations would be the juiciest target ever.
So, that checks
