idk i guess i just kind of assumed that when the game a) started asking you for money and b) came to console it would feel uh. even a little bit cohesive. and not like i'm playing a game from 2018 and then one from 2021 and then one from 2025
The power of a game launcher with 7 entirely separate games, masquerading as 1 cohesive game. I honestly kinda like the jank of actually seeing the game develop over time as more of a team got involved, but the settings stuff is quite wild.
you can press F4 (deltarune-specific) or alt+enter (more universal keybind) on the keyboard to go full screen and this was mentioned by toby fox in the leadup to the chapter 3 and 4 release. i get you on the options but it's kind of a deliberate choice to mirror undertale's UI in the light world
okay that's interesting but also i'm not sure how i would be expected to know that. also you cannot change your keybinds or audio settings until you get to the darkworld either. it's a deliberate choice but just put it on your chapter select menu then
