$20 at CVS. Pay in cash and make calls (to a reporter, say) that are totally untraceable. You can also take photos of documents or emails and text them. Just make sure to buy your minutes in cash too.

Sure would be a shame if a few hundred thousand folks each bought a few of these phones and used them to spam the Christ out of the DOGE dipshits' emails that were recently leaked.
