If you institute a requirement that all accountants have to be able to bench 100kg, your workplace is going to skew pretty male, but good luck proving intent.

The Administration, with some of the whitest, least qualified, least deserving people you have ever seen, has been firing diverse people for being diverse, not because they're unqualified or bad at their job.
