This is 2/3rds of democratic voters, meaning this is very much not what these voters wanted. We also - across the country - voted for democratic leadership and representation that we are not getting. The President is not the be all and end all of “what voters wanted”.

They could deny unanimous consent. They can filibuster. There are numerous ways they can delay and obstruct.
The vast majority of democratic senators are literally just shrugging their shoulders while we plummet towards fascism at an increasing rate. Fuck them.
