I remember that. So much so, that while on a family holiday in Borrowdale YHA in the mid 1990s, we christened a group of teachers from Preston, "the Preston Front".
I think I must have watched it when I was seven or eight in theUK, a little later than it was made. I can remember sitting in front of our black and white TV on Sundays glued to it. No-one I have ever met remembers it!
I’ve got a few years on you Sarfraz 😉. I’m a sixties child who watched ‘Robinson Crusoe’ (German production?) and ‘White Horses’ (Czech?) every single school holiday. I can still hum and sing the theme tunes …
