The sad thing is: we do. We have always been open and honest—if not intrusive—about what trans healthcare really entails. They don’t care. Because this isn’t really about protecting kids. It’s about ending trans people one way or another. The kids are a flimsy excuse at best.

Technically if you do comply with the executive order, you lose all your federal funding anyways, this is because all federal funding for schools is DEI funding, and while the order is trans focused, it's in general anti DEI, so if you use your federal DEI funding (IDEA, Title 1) you lose it.

BUT & BTW* Ohio Educators Association (Scott DiMauro) endorse incumbent REPUBLICAN legislators (gerrymandering) who target trans students including the legislator in my district obsessed with genital inspections. She ran against a Dem who supported LBGTQ+ equality but OEA endorsed the anti-trans.
