4. The first bill to reach the House floor was HB 675, a drag/pride ban. A previous drag ban had already been struck down by the courts after it was enforced against a transgender woman speaking about history in a library. In response, Rep. Caleb Hinkle, introduced HB 675 to circumvent that ruling.
