haha there is a much older and sadder looking one I see every so often in Heathrow, but in the arrivals area the other side of customs, always near the toilets...
Was delivering my son's lunch. He cried. It wasn't a great interaction all round tbh. Staff said it was a trial - "It's been fun but it's annoying now"
I stayed in a hotel last year where they had one very like that. I think staff were loading it up with dishes to take back to the kitchen for cleaning. (I couldn't resist getting in its way to see what would happen. Nothing, thankfully, it just froze. And didn't talk)
