In typical Trump fashion he did qualify his prospective pardons as those who were innocent and wrongly convicted. It gives him an out to just throw them under the bus like everyone else. I do think he'll go after the Jan.6 committee, tho.

Isn’t that considered giving aid to those who engaged in insurrection or rebellion. That disqualifies Trump as President under Section 3 of US Constitution’s 14th amendment.
