IIRC they specifically said that Elon's Nazi salute wasn't a Nazi salute; I would expect they would explicitly say something about this incident.

One issue might be that the Bannon salute happened at CPAC which is far less visible to the non-terminally-online than the inauguration.

If you cannot stand up for human rights, you cannot stand against antisemitism. ADL is hollow to the core, and when faced with a challenge to their core mission, it's no surprise they wither in silence.
