I am sympathetic to the line workers here—they didn’t ask to be put in this position. But if you’re in a position of civic trust and you’re defaulting to a defensive crouch—truly, what are you good for?

His courage in the face of abject cowardice by nameless and/or silent politicians who know better is an affront.
People taking to the streets have more courage than the most cushy senator or rep.
They didn't have to do this
Republicans could have chosen the Constitution, but they needed to see Dems hurt more
