I understand diminishing harm. But I also understand that candidates own their failures. A candidate not winning is not a failure of the voters but a failure of the candidate.
Being able to vote against imperialism has never been on the ballot in my lifetime and I know plenty of reasonable voters.

One day we will learn that voting is ultimately a way to diminish harm. Another thing you'll have to realize is American foreign policy has ALWAYS been imperialistic and the reason it won't change is reasonable people don't vote...(c.f. Jimmy Carter)

Not least of which because if she had won, we would have simply continued our slow march toward fascism. It’s not like she was turning the ship.
Also you should look up Carter's presidency instead of granting him that based on what he did after he didn't get reelected
But I'm dipping it's late and I have said my bit so

I'm so fucking tired
you're blaming the passengers for the bus driver steering off a cliff
and then he started to drive towards the cliff
and yes he tied all of the passengers up and said "do you want to go off the cliff"
and they said no
and he said "too bad Exxon wants this"
but who's REALLY at fault here
Where is actual 3rd party mobilization? Where's Jill Stein?
Shitting on the dems every two years isn't activism. Where's the work?
