AND the dept sent out a memo ordering a review of all grants for DEI - and there’s worry that could include disability services

My MAGA brother has a daughter that received extensive sp ed support growing up via DoEd grants and now is a teacher. One of my nieces MAGA too with 2 grade school age boys with autism - same deal. They don't know the money is Federal and they think their kids deserve this and that DoEd is bad.

He did identify himself, and Waters shared his name, Jim Hairfield. He is listed as Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Security, Facilities and Logistics Services on the Dept. of Education website.
