I'm disheartened by the Earl Grey hate in this thread but there is hope bc chai and Chamomile are getting a lot of love. Chamomile with vanilla and milk is sublime. My nighttime wind down routine.

It’s the bergamot isn’t it? Personally I love a good Earl Grey but it has to be straight as it comes, no milk or sugar. We used to serve it every afternoon for the customers in my vintage shop.
